Here's how you can cook and enjoy your extra meaty, fast-fry pork chops that are great for BBQ and frying:

 

1. BBQ Pork Chops:

  • If you're planning to barbecue the pork chops, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the grill grates with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
  • Place the seasoned pork chops on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare to medium doneness.
  • During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the chops with your favorite BBQ sauce for added flavor. Make sure to watch the chops closely to prevent burning.

 

2. Fried Pork Chops:

  • Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat and add a bit of olive oil or cooking oil.
  • Once the oil is hot, carefully add the seasoned pork chops to the pan.
  • Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the chops are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
  • If desired, you can add a sprig of fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, etc.) to the pan for extra aromatic flavor.
