Ingredients:
- 2 packages Searay Baby Cuttlefish
- 4 tbsp satay sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 onion, roughly cut
- 1 red pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 green pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
Seasoning:
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
Instructions:
Thaw the Baby Cuttlefish, then rinse and gently pat them dry.
In a pan, heat 3 tbsp of oil. Pan fry onions and peppers until the onion is translucent. Set them aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Pan fry the garlic and satay sauce along with the Baby Cuttlefish.
Add the Seasoning and mix well. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
Return the previously set aside onions and peppers to the pan. Cook until everything is heated through.
